Rachel assists with medical claims processing and accounts receivables. She has additional work experience in customer service, merchandising, and management. Rachel graduated from Kaplan College with a Certificate in Medical Assisting and Insurance in 2008. Currently, she is pursuing a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Specialist certification.

Rachel is currently engaged to her fiancé, Ruben, and has lived in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years.
